Mentorship Program

With the formal or informal mentoring process, the transmission of a body of knowledge and other cultural teachings are an expectation of the mentor relationship. The purpose of this program is to enable the mentee to develop their own skills, strategies and capability so that they are enabled to address further challenges and problem solve more effectively with or without the mentor's presence.  

A mentor will:

• provide contacts and networks to further your personal and business development
• listen, confidentially, to the things that are worrying you about your business
• help you by sharing their own experience of both failure and success
• give unbiased support
• provide honest and constructive feedback
• be a sounding board for ideas
• help you with your decision making by suggesting alternatives based on personal experience
• provide ongoing support and encouragement
• offer an outside perspective on both you and your business
